ISO 27001 certification is recognized globally as the leading standard for information security management. This achievement underscores XGS’ unwavering commitment to the highest standards of data security, confidentiality, and operational integrity.

**About ISO 27001: 2022**

The certification audit was carried out by Alcumus ISOQAR, a UKAS-accredited certification body. The process involved a rigorous examination of the company’s Information Security Management Systems (“ISMS”) Including risk assessment, implementation of security controls, and the ongoing monitoring and improvement of information security management.

ISO 27001 certification provides a comprehensive framework to manage and protect sensitive information—whether digital, physical, or in transit —ensuring it remains confidential, accurate, and accessible only to authorised users.

A key component of ISO 27001 as a commitment to continuous improvement. The ISMS requires regular reviews and updates to security policies and procedures, including annual external audits.

This ongoing process, combined with comprehensive staff training and rigorous operational controls, helps to minimise human error and further strengthen the protection of client data.
